Workspaces

A workspace is where the thinking and the work for one product live. Every workspace has three tabs in the sidebar:

• Fulveo Agent, an assistant that works on your boards, tasks and code. See Fulveo Agent.
• Canvas, your boards. See Boards.
• Planner, your plans and tasks. See Planner.

Every workspace belongs to an organization.

Create a workspace

Open the workspace menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose New workspace. Give it a name and choose Create. You can also create one from Settings > Organizations > Workspaces. The organization's owner and admins create workspaces.

Each workspace in an organization needs its own name, because the name sets its address.

Your plan decides how many workspaces you can have: 1 on Solo, as many as you like on Team. Workspaces in Trash do not count. See Plans and billing.

Switch workspaces

The tile at the bottom of the sidebar shows your organization and your workspace. Open it to pick another workspace, or another organization under Other organizations. Once you have more than eight workspaces, a search box appears.

Workspace links

Every workspace has an address of its own that stays the same when it is renamed. Open the workspace menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Copy workspace link, then paste it into a chat, a task or a document. Every board has one too: choose Copy link in the board's menu.

For the people in the workspace, the link opens it. Anyone else who is signed in sees whom to ask and can choose Request access. See Requesting access.

Rename a workspace

Open Settings > Workspace > General, change the name or description, and choose Save changes. The organization's owner and admins can do this.

Delete and restore

The organization's owner or an admin opens Settings > Workspace > Delete workspace and chooses Move to Trash. Its boards, tasks and change log go with it.

A workspace stays in Trash for 30 days, then it is deleted for good with everything in it. To bring it back before then, open the workspace menu, choose Trash, then Restore.

The demo workspace cannot be changed or deleted.
