People
Roles
What the owner, admins, members and read only people of an organization can do, and who can open which workspace.
Each person has one role in an organization: Owner, Admin, Member or Read only. That role decides what they can do in every workspace of the organization.

In a workspace
What you can do in a workspace follows from your organization role:
- Owner and Admins manage every workspace in the organization, whether or not they were added to it.
- Members edit the boards and tasks of the workspaces they were added to, and work with the Fulveo Agent there.
- Read only people see the workspaces they were added to but cannot change anything, and their AI agents can only read.
Everyone in a workspace can see who else is in it, on Settings > Workspace > Members.
When you cannot do something
A setting your role cannot change shows a lock and a short note. Ask the organization's owner or an admin.
