Fulveo Agent

The Fulveo Agent tab is an assistant that works inside your workspace. Each workspace has its own agent and its own conversation history.

What it can do

• Boards: create boards, stickies, shapes, frames, connectors and documents; draw flowcharts, matrices and diagrams, including from an image; move, align, style and tidy what is already there.
• Planner: create, update and delete tasks, and add, complete and remove subtasks.
• Code: when the workspace has a GitHub repository, search the code, read files, see recent changes and map dependencies.
• Research: search the web and read images you share.

If you ask about code and no repository is connected, the agent offers to connect one.

Ask first or Auto edit

Choose how the agent applies its changes:

• Ask first, the default: you approve edits before they apply.
• Auto edit: the agent edits without asking.

Monthly messages

Each message you send the agent counts once. Your organization's plan includes 250 messages a month on Solo, and 250 per person on Team, shared by all its workspaces. The count resets on the 1st, and unused messages do not carry over.

The organization's owner sees this month's usage in Settings > Organizations > Billing. When the messages run out, the agent tells you and offers the next step.

If the organization's subscription has lapsed, its workspaces are read-only and the agent takes no new messages until it is renewed.
