Getting started

Planner

Plans, columns and tasks, and a column that only people can move cards into.

The Planner tab holds your workspace's plans. A plan is a set of columns with task cards in them.

Plans

Choose New plan, name it, and pick a template: Basic kanban, Sprint, Content pipeline, Now / Next / Later, AI-first or Blank. You can rename, recolour or remove columns afterwards.

AI-first is for work an agent builds and a person signs off: Backlog, In progress, Human review and Done. Its Done column starts as people-only, so an agent hands a card over by moving it to Human review, and only a person can move it to Done.

A plan's menu renames it, gives it a colour, moves it into a group and edits its description. The description tells the Fulveo Agent what belongs in the plan, so it knows where new tasks should go.

Columns

  • Add column adds a column to the plan.
  • Click a column's title to rename it.
  • A column's menu changes its colour, moves it left, right or to another plan, and deletes it. A column with tasks in it can be deleted once its tasks have moved.

Only people can move cards here

Tick Only people can move cards here in a column's menu, and a lock appears next to its title. AI agents can still read the column, but only a person can move a card into it. It suits columns such as Approved.

Tasks

Choose Create to add a task to the top of the first column, or Add a task under a column's cards to add one to the end of that column. Open a task to set its assignee, labels, start and due dates, add subtasks, and leave comments. A comment written by an agent says which agent wrote it.

A card shows its label, its ID, its due date (and how many days late it is), its subtasks done and its assignee. The card-size buttons switch between compact cards and cards that show the start of each description. Each plan remembers the size you picked.

Copy as prompt, in a card's menu, copies the task in a form you can paste into an AI coding tool.

Find, filter and sort

  • Search tasks matches a task's title, description, ID (104 or #104) and labels.
  • Filter narrows the board by label, assignee and due date. The number beside each option is how many tasks it would show with your other filters. The board starts on tasks assigned to you; remove the Assignee tag to see everything.
  • Sort orders the cards in each column by Due date, Newest ID or Label. Manual keeps the order you drag cards into, and is the only sort in which you can reorder cards within a column.

Viewers can see the planner but cannot add or change tasks.

Delete and restore a plan

Deleting a plan moves it, with every task on it, to Trash. You can restore it for 30 days. After that it is deleted for good.
