Plans and seats
What Solo and Team include, who takes a seat, how the free trial works, and who manages billing.
Billing is managed by the organization's owner
Billing belongs to an organization. Every workspace in the organization shares its plan.

Both plans include the canvas, the planner and the Fulveo Agent. Team also lets guests edit a board you share.
Seats
Everyone in your organization takes a seat, whatever their role. The owner takes one too. An invitation takes a seat while it waits, until it is accepted, withdrawn or expires.
When no seats are left, these are refused:
- sending a new invitation;
- accepting an invitation;
- approving a request to join.
On Team, the owner buys more seats with Add seats on Billing. Solo is for one person, so the owner moves to Team first with Change Plan. If you are not the owner, ask them.
Removing someone from the organization, or withdrawing an invitation, frees a seat. See Manage members and Pending invitations.
The free trial
A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until day 8. If you had a Fulveo subscription before, the new one starts without a trial and is charged straight away.
Who manages billing
Only the organization's owner. They open Settings > Organizations, pick the organization and open Billing, where they can:
- see the plan, its status and when it renews;
- change plan or billing period with Change Plan, which applies immediately and is prorated;
- buy seats on Team with Add seats;
- update payment details with Manage;
- cancel with Cancel, or undo that with Reactivate;
- see this month's usage and recent invoices.
Admins and members see the Billing page with a lock.
When a subscription ends
After cancelling, everything keeps working until the end of the period already paid for, or until the trial ends. Then the organization's workspaces become read-only. Your work is kept, and editing comes back as soon as the owner subscribes again.
