Organizations

An organization holds workspaces and the people who work in them. Billing and the GitHub connection belong to the organization, not to one workspace.

Your organizations

When you sign up, Fulveo creates a personal organization for you. When the owner or an admin of another organization invites you to it, or to one of its workspaces, you become a member of that organization.

Settings lists every organization you belong to under Organizations, each with your role in it. Open one to see its General, Workspaces, Members, Billing and Integrations pages. Anything your role cannot change shows a lock and a short note.

Switch organization

Open the workspace menu at the bottom of the sidebar and pick one under Other organizations. In Settings, the Workspaces page of another organization also has a Switch to button.

Rename an organization

On General, change the name or the address and choose Save changes. The owner and admins can do this. A personal organization keeps its address.

Manage members

Members lists everyone in the organization with their role. The owner and admins invite people at the top of the page and see the invitations still waiting below it. See Inviting people.

To change someone's role or remove them, open the menu on their row.

• The owner makes anyone else an Admin, a Member or Read only, and can remove anyone.
• An admin moves people between Member and Read only, and can remove them. Only the owner changes or removes an admin.
• Someone who is removed loses every workspace in the organization, and so do their AI agents. The workspaces they created stay in the organization.

Leave an organization

Anyone except the owner can leave. On Members, open the menu on your own row and choose Leave organization. You lose access to every workspace in it, and so do your AI agents. To come back, someone has to invite you again.

The owner has to hand the organization over before leaving. Leaving one of its workspaces keeps you in the organization.

Hand over an organization

The owner can make someone else the owner: on Members, choose Make owner next to them. The new owner must already be in the organization, and its subscription must have ended. You stay on as an admin, and only the new owner can hand it back.

Delete an organization

• Only the owner can delete an organization, from Delete organization. Every workspace in it is deleted too, and this cannot be undone.
• A personal organization cannot be deleted, and no organization can be deleted while its subscription is still running.
