GitHub

Connecting GitHub lets the Fulveo Agent read your code, so its answers, diagrams and plans match the product you actually have. Fulveo only reads code and never writes to your repositories.

Connect GitHub to an organization

1. Open Settings > Organizations, pick the organization and open Integrations.
2. Choose Connect, then pick exactly which repositories to share.

The organization's owner or an admin connects GitHub. If the repositories belong to a GitHub organization, its owner on GitHub may need to approve the request first.

Shared repositories are available to every workspace in the organization. Choose Add repositories or another account to share more, or Manage on GitHub to change what is shared. Removing access on GitHub takes effect immediately.

Give a workspace its repository

1. Open Settings > Workspace > General.
2. Under Repository, pick one of the shared repositories.

A workspace reads one repository, and one repository can serve several workspaces. The organization's owner or an admin picks it. Choose Change to pick another, or Disconnect to unlink it. The repository stays shared with the organization.

What the agent does with it

With a repository connected, the agent can search the code, read files, see recent changes and map dependencies. A temporary copy is kept while you work, and deleted within a day of your last question.
