AI agents

Connect Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or another MCP client to your workspaces, and change or remove its access.

An AI agent such as Claude Code can work in your Fulveo workspaces: read and update tasks, draw on boards and read connected code. It acts as you, only in the workspaces and with the permissions you approve, and everything it does is recorded under its name.

Anyone in an organization can connect their own agent.

Connect an agent

Open Settings > Organizations > Integrations, find AI agents, pick your agent and follow its step. The server address is https://mcp.fulveo.com/mcp.

Claude Code: run claude mcp add --transport http fulveo https://mcp.fulveo.com/mcp. Then, inside Claude Code, run /mcp, pick Fulveo and sign in.
Claude (web or desktop): open Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. Name it Fulveo and paste the address.
Cursor: choose Add to Cursor, or add the address to ~/.cursor/mcp.json.
Codex: run codex mcp add fulveo --url https://mcp.fulveo.com/mcp, then codex mcp login fulveo.
VS Code: add the server to .vscode/mcp.json. VS Code opens the browser the first time Copilot uses it.
Gemini CLI: run gemini mcp add --transport http fulveo https://mcp.fulveo.com/mcp.
Windsurf: add the address to ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json.

Approve access

A browser tab opens on Fulveo. Sign in if asked, then choose:

Workspaces it may use, from the workspaces you belong to.
What it may do: Read tasks and plans, Change tasks, Read boards, Draw on boards, and Read connected code. Draw on boards stays off unless you tick it.

Choose Allow. A request lasts ten minutes, so if it has expired, run the step again.

An agent never gets more than your own role allows. In a workspace you can only view, it can only read: the write permissions are marked View only there and are not granted. On a board it can only delete or restyle what it added itself, and it never moves a card into a column marked Only people can move cards here.

Change or remove access

Under Connected agents, choose Edit on an agent to change its workspaces or permissions. The change applies on its next call. Choose the cross to disconnect it everywhere.
